Add Value

As Raj Nathan says,  “One of my main principles in signing up to be an executive sponsor is to make sure that I can add value to the project team. The project needs to fit into my knowledge base and experiences to be able to add value to the team. Stripes alone does not make one a good executive sponsor. You need know what you are talking about to gain and keep the respect of the team. It just works so much better if you know what you are talking about.”
