Transform Rapidly

Hans Mulder suggests you look at DEMO to rapidly transform the enterprise. The DEMO method provides a way of thinking, modeling and project management approach. Several studies show that applying the DEMO method reduces digital transformation to weeks rather than months. The DEMO design process is exceptionally rapid in comparison to the structured design and analysis methods. However a disadvantage of this speed of designing is that the staff are confronted with a new business process in a very short time and also, with a new information systems. To enhance the acceptation, it is required that the staff participate in the process of the DEMO method in an earlier date – thus before the construction or implementation of the information systems, but preferably already during the designing of the organizational transformation.
